: Why is it that an ordered item is occasionally pronounced as ‘Out of Stock’ later on?
The stock information you see on our website is correct as at the end of the previous business day. Occasionally, the item you have ordered may have been sold on the same day as you have placed your order, hence it becomes out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience caused in such a circumstance.
   
   
: Can I order a title that  Bluetoffee  does not carry at the moment?
: Yes, we can try to source for the title for you. Please record the details of the title that you are looking for in the “ Book Request  “ section of this website. 
   
   
: How do I know whether my order has been recorded?
: You will see a note – ‘Thank you for your order’ – on the screen after clicking the ‘Order’ button. You will also receive our reply message via e-mail within 24 hours 7 days a week. Please ensure that a correct e-mail address is given to us at the time of order, so that we can communicate with you via email henceforth.
   
   
: Can I pay by credit card?
: Yes, you can if you use Paypal . To use Paypal you must become a Paypal Member . You can sign up for Paypal by clicking on : www.paypal.com
   
   
: Can I cancel my order?
